united earth Networks Powered by Hubcast
United Earth Networks Powered by HubCast — a civic media network broadcasting from Fort Worden
United Earth Networks and HubCast are rebranding HubCast's distribution division as United Earth Networks Powered by HubCast and launching event production and media distribution services from offices at Fort Worden Historical State Park. The new network is the media engine of the UEN, PEAC Institute and HubCast partnership — carrying CoNGO and civil-society programming worldwide, and filling the Fort Worden campus with events that are produced, streamed and distributed from the grounds.

The opportunity

Need
Civil society does essential work at the UN and in communities, but it has no dedicated network to carry that work to the public. Gatherings like the Global Earth Repair Convergence, BFI residencies and CoNGO forums depend on one-off vendors for production and reach small audiences once the event ends. Fort Worden has world-class venues but no resident production and distribution partner to fill them year-round.
Our approach
HubCast brings a working media platform, distribution infrastructure and a distributed studio network. UEN brings the mission, the partnerships and the Fort Worden campus. Together, under one brand, they offer a single service: plan an event at Fort Worden or anywhere, have it produced and streamed by UEN Live, and have it distributed, archived and syndicated through the UEN channel and partner outlets — with the Civil Society Media Desk in New York as the global counterpart.
Who it serves
Nonprofits, NGOs and CoNGO member organizations that need affordable, professional hybrid events and reach; campus partners at Fort Worden; PEAC and CoNGO Institute youth whose journalism needs a publishing home; and a global audience looking for constructive programming on peace, ecology and cooperation.
Why now
The pieces are live: the Civil Society Media Desk has opened in New York, the CoNGO Institute is starting youth programs, the Fort Worden studio is operating, and a 2028 Earth Repair Convergence and BFI residencies are in planning. A unified brand turns separate efforts into one recognizable network and one revenue engine that can sustain campus development.
Services & launch plan
What the network sells, and how it goes to market in 90 days.

Channel & distribution
The UEN channel and content hub, social distribution, syndication to partner channels, and a searchable archive — so every event keeps working after it ends.
Civil Society Media Desk
